3. Google Play & Apple App Store Compliance

Bhojpe applications are developed and maintained in compliance with:

• Apple App Store Review Guidelines
• Data Safety, User Consent, and Permission Disclosure requirements

4. Payment & Financial Compliance

All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Bhojpe does not store sensitive card or UPI information on its servers.

5. Business & Restaurant Compliance

Restaurants and merchants using Bhojpe POS are responsible for complying with local food safety, licensing, and tax regulations. Bhojpe acts only as a technology service provider.

6. Anti-Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Bhojpe reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take action against fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the platform.

7. Audit & Policy Updates

We periodically review our systems, policies, and processes to ensure ongoing compliance. This policy may be updated without prior notice.
