What a captain app changes on the floor
In a restaurant without one, a captain writes the order, walks to the counter, waits and walks back. On a busy night that walk is where service falls apart. With the Bhojpe Captain App the order is taken on a phone at the table, and the KOT reaches the kitchen before the captain has left the guest.
The app carries the full menu, including variants, add-ons and item notes such as less spicy or no onion, so nothing depends on handwriting. Live table status shows which tables are free, running or waiting for the bill. Extra rounds are added to the running order, and the same items build the bill at the counter with no re-entry.
Captains can also see kitchen status, so they know when a dish is ready to be picked up. It pairs naturally with the Kitchen Display System, though it also works with printed KOTs. The app is included in the Growth and Scale plans, or can be added on its own.
