Managing your own delivery without losing track
Delivery goes wrong in the gap between the kitchen and the door. Bhojpe follows each order through that gap: accepted, cooked, handed to a rider and delivered, with a status your counter can see, so the answer to "where is my food?" does not need a phone call to the rider.
Orders are assigned to your own delivery staff, and prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders are tracked separately so cash collected by riders can be matched at the counter. Handover can be confirmed with an OTP, which settles any argument about whether an order reached the customer. Repeat customers do not have to dictate their address again.
