What a dine-in restaurant should expect from its billing software
A family restaurant on a Sunday afternoon is three jobs at once: seating people, getting food out and closing bills without a queue at the counter. Bhojpe keeps all three on one screen. The floor plan shows which tables are running, billed or vacant, so the person at the counter can answer "is a table free?" without walking the floor.
When a captain punches an order on the Captain App, the KOT goes to the right kitchen and the same items build the bill. Nobody types the order twice, which is where most billing mistakes begin. If a large group shifts, move the running order or merge the tables, and if they want to pay separately, split the bill into parts with its own payment for each.
Tax rules, round off and discounts are set once, so a new cashier produces the same bill as your oldest one. At closing, the day-end summary shows sales by item, payment mode and order type. Add inventory when you want raw material to reduce with every plate sold.
- Dine-in, takeaway and delivery on one system
